We operate an online dropshipping business, which means products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
🔹 Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🔹 How to Request a Return
Email us at Eleconic.com@gmail.com
with your order number, name, and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.
Once the product reaches our partner warehouse and is inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
🔹 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase (card payment).
Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
